• Workout and Fitness Data: We collect all the fitness data you log in the app, including but not limited to: workout dates, exercise names (including custom exercises), sets, repetitions, weight, duration, personal records, and bodyweight entries.
• User-Generated Content: We store the custom workout plans and custom exercises you create within the app.

2. Data Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about your device and how you use the App, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and crash data through services like Google Firebase to help us improve our service.
• Subscription Status: We use Google Firebase Firestore to store and check your premium subscription status (e.g., “Pro User”) linked to your User ID to manage access to premium features.

How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Store and display your workout history, plans, and personal records.
• Calculate your level progression, achievements, and fitness statistics.
• Provide premium features, such as the AI Plan Generator and Advanced Stats, to subscribed users.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
• Notify you of potential performance plateaus or provide other “AI Coach” suggestions.

The majority of your personal workout and fitness data is stored locally on your device using its internal storage. Your account information (email, UID) and premium subscription status are stored securely on Google Firebase servers.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Your Rights and Choices

You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the contact information provided below. Deleting the app from your device will remove all locally stored workout data.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
